Ilfracombe

Ilfracombe is a traditional seaside resort much loved by the Victorians and is situated on the glorious North Devon Coast. Pobbles Cottage is only a few minutes walk to the sea front, famous tunnels beaches, sea front theatre and the harbour where boat trips along the Exmoor Coast or to Lundy Island famed for its wildlife can be taken every day.

The world famous surfing bays of Woolacombe, Croyde and Putsborough are only a few minutes drive away. Exmoor is on your doorstep and Cornwall, The Eden Centre, Padstow and Newquay make a delightful day trip.There are many restaurants and cafes including the Harbourside cafe and restaurant opened by Damien Hirst. There are gardens and tea rooms galore and a week is just not long enough to see all this stunning area.
